Universal Bond & Seal
XCEL UBS is the ultimate MS Polymer adhesive sealant, chosen by professionals and DIY users. Designed for performance excellence, it bonds, seals and mounts, even underwater, and has a high tensile strength of 27kg per square centimetre. It is U.V. and weather resistant, and impedes fungal and bacterial growth. It doesn’t contain any solvents or isocyanates. It’s odourless, and can be painted. It cures without shrinking, resists vibrations and remains flexible. And it offers unique adhesion on virtually any material in most applications, even without fixings. It’s 100% solvent free, environmentally friendly, and it comes in 8 different colours.
